I recently bought a canal boat which I'm living on.  I sailed it down from Northampton by myself in February and did 76 locks on my own!  Something I am quite proud of.

I have just started allotment gardening and I'm enjoying learning all about companion planting and designing gardens.

I'm Quaker, so most Sunday mornings I go to meeting if I'm not working. Please don't let religion put you off, if you like everything else you see, I think you will discover Quakerism is about as inoffensive a religion as you can find.

I don't have a television, so I'm a bit clueless about what is happening on the latest shows, but I still have lots to talk about and like catching my news on radio4.
