I'm independent, outgoing, generous-spirited and fun-loving but with a serious side too. I'm a vegetarian and enjoy cooking and entertaining. I have a diverse range of friends from those working for good causes or running their own business to actors, academics and writers. I love meeting new people and learning new things. I originally trained and worked as an actress but am now a full-time writer and editor with a background in human rights. I also review books, theatre and film and teach creative writing so am out a lot in the eves but welcome company. I volunteer in similar fields. Sportswise - I regularly play tennis and practice Pilates. I'm looking forward to getting a dog and enjoying long walks without feeling guilty about missing work for an hour.
